How do I participate?


  • Have a TROY-branded personal card (credit card, debit card, or prepaid card).
  • Join the campaign through the channel specified by the bank or electronic money institution that issued your card.
  • After joining the campaign, receive 10% benefit (in the form of cashback or points, depending on the campaign conditions set by your card organization) on all your grocery purchases during the campaign period, with no minimum spending limit.

Campaign Terms and Conditions:


  • Campaign period: December 1–31, 2025
  • During the campaign period, the benefit that can be received from each bank/electronic money institution is limited to 10% and a maximum of 1,000 TL per customer.
  • To benefit from the campaign, you must first join the campaign through the channel designated by the bank or electronic money institution that issued your card.
  • Even if multiple TROY-branded individual cards have been obtained from a single financial institution, the total cashback or points that can be received from that institution cannot exceed 1,000 TL.
  • Those who have obtained TROY-branded individual cards from multiple banks/electronic money institutions may join the campaign separately from each bank/electronic money institution. In this case, the total rebate amount that a person can receive from different financial institutions may exceed 1,000 TL.
  • The cashback or points received will be reflected either at the time of purchase or within 15 days after the end of the campaign:
    • to your card statement, for payments made with credit cards,
    • to your current TL account linked to the card, for payments made with bank cards,
    • to your card balance, for payments made with prepaid cards.
  • The date on which the cashback/points amount is reflected on your statement, account, or card balance may vary depending on the financial institution through which you join the campaign.
  • Cancelled or returned transactions are not eligible for the campaign.
  • The campaign is valid only for in-store and online purchases made at merchants whose domestic business sector is classified as ‘market.’ Online market purchases will be valid for the campaign provided that the relevant merchant’s sector is classified as ‘market.’
  • The campaign is limited to TROY-branded individual cards obtained through banks/electronic money institutions that participate in the campaign.
  • Details of the campaign terms and conditions can be found on the channels through which banks and electronic money institutions announce the campaign.
  • If a purchase is canceled, only the amount paid by the user will be refunded, and the user will be considered not to have benefited from the campaign.
  • The points received may be used without any time limitation. Points will not be reclaimed.
  • The Interbank Card Center (BKM) reserves the right to stop the campaign, change its terms and conditions, or cancel it.
