Campaign Terms and Conditions:


  • The campaign period starts on November 17, 2025, at 00:01 and ends on December 17, 2025, at 23:59.
  • During the campaign period, a 200 TL discount will be provided for single purchases of 1,000 TL or more made with your TROY-branded personal and commercial credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards.
  • During the campaign period, in addition to a 200 TL discount, an Annual Pazarama Plus membership worth 350 TL will be gifted for single purchases of 5,000 TL or more made with your TROY-branded personal and commercial credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards.
  • Each person or card can benefit from both the 200 TL discount and the Annual Pazarama Plus membership gift worth 350 TL only once during the campaign period.
  • To be eligible for the 200 TL discount, the shopping cart total, excluding shipping costs, must be 1,000 TL or more in a single transaction.
  • To be eligible for the Annual Pazarama Plus Membership gift worth 350 TL, the amount paid for the transaction after discounts, excluding shipping costs, must be 5,000 TL or more.
  • To benefit from the discount specified in the campaign, you must select the TROY-specific coupon code from the coupon field on the cart page which displays the products to be bought in the last step of your purchase via Pazarama's website or app.
  • To benefit from the discount specified in the campaign, the card used on the payment page must be a TROY-branded card. If a TROY-branded card is not selected on the payment page, the discount will not be applied.
  • The campaign is valid for online purchases made through the Pazarama app, Pazarama's mobile site, and desktop site.
  • The discount code cannot be split or converted into cash.
  • The campaign is valid for Pazarama Online Shopping and is not valid for Super Raffle and Pazarama Holiday shopping.
  • The campaign is not valid for the following shopping categories: Digital services, bullion gold, jewelry gold, energy drinks.
  • The campaign can be combined with other campaigns but cannot be combined with other coupons.
  • Cancelled or returned orders will not be included in the campaign.
  • If an order is cancelled, only the amount paid by the user will be refunded, and the user will not be considered to have benefited from the campaign.
  • The coupon code of the Annual Plus Membership gift will be sent via SMS and email on January 5, 2026. Your communication permission must be active on this date.
  • It will not be possible to send the gift coupon code to customers who have placed successful orders over 5,000 TL if their communication permission is not active. Customers who do not permit communication must contact Pazarama Customer Services at 0850 724 79 76.
  • The campaign participants who currently have a monthly or annual Plus membership will also be able to benefit from the Annual Plus Membership gift as part of the TROY campaign.
  • The campaign participants who do not have a Plus membership may benefit from the Annual Plus Membership gift by first clicking the “Join Plus” button on the www.pazarama.com/pazarama-plus page, and then clicking the “Add Gift Coupon Code” button at the payment step, and finally entering the code sent to them. Once a valid code is entered, the annual Plus membership will begin for a period of 1 year. The annual Plus membership will be renewed on a paid basis on the same day each year at the end of the 1-year period, unless canceled.
  • The campaign participants who currently have a monthly or annual Plus membership , must enter the code sent to them by clicking the “Add Gift Coupon Code” button in the Manage Plus menu on the www.pazarama.com/hesabim/plus/yonet page in order to benefit from the annual Plus membership gift. When a valid code is entered, a 1-year free usage right is added to the remaining duration of the current membership. On the renewal date of the current membership, the Annual Plus membership is renewed annually, on the same day of each year for a fee, unless canceled.
  • For example, if a user enters the annual Plus gift code on January 20th and their renewal date is January 25th, the annual gift Plus membership will start on January 25, 2026, and last until January 25, 2027.
  • Current annual members will receive a partial refund for any unused periods of their old membership. For example, if a user who became an annual Plus member on October 20, 2025, enters the gift coupon they received from the TROY campaign on January 7, 2026, their current annual membership will end on January 20, 2026, a refund will be made for the remaining 9-month period, and they will use their annual gift from January 20, 2026, to January 20, 2027.
  • All participants in the campaign are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the campaign.
  • It is the user's responsibility to follow the participation conditions on the www.pazarama.com website and/or mobile application.
  • Pazarama and the Interbank Card Center (BKM) reserve the right to change or cancel the campaign at any time.
  • The Interbank Card Center (BKM), TROY, and their affiliates are not responsible for any technical or operational problems or disruptions that may occur in the provision of the service and/or the application of discounts.
