How to Use

  • Before completing your order in the Getir mobile app or web, go to the payment screen and select “Promotions --> Choose Your Promo --> Meet conditions and apply” to apply the relevant campaign.
  • To benefit from the discount, payment must be made with a TROY-branded card through the Getir mobile app or website. The order total, excluding the delivery fee, must be at least 750 TL for Getir grocery purchase, or at least 2,000 TL or 3,500 TL for GetirBüyük grocery purchase, depending on the relevant offer.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

  • The campaign is valid between 00:01 on September 21st, 2026 and 23:59 on October 21st, 2026.
  • During the campaign period, a 150 TL discount coupon can be used on a single Getir grocery purchase of 750 TL or more made with a TROY-branded card. For GetirBüyük grocery purchase, a 500 TL discount coupon can be used on a single purchase of 2,000 TL or more, and a 1,000 TL discount coupon can be used on a single purchase of 3,500 TL or more.
  • Each user may benefit from the campaign a total of three (3) times, utilizing each specific offer only once (1) during the campaign period.
  • To benefit from the campaign, your cart must meet the conditions specified in the campaign terms. Before completing your order, you must apply the TROY discount coupon on the payment screen by selecting “Promotions --> Choose Your Promo --> Meet conditions and apply”.
  • The campaign is valid for all TROY-branded personal and commercial debit cards, credit cards, and prepaid cards. Virtual cards are also included in the campaign.
  • The campaign is limited to a total of 60,000 coupons. If the coupon usage limit is reached, the campaign will be terminated before the announced end date.
  • Orders placed through “Getir Yemek,” “Getir Çarşı,” “Getir Finans,” “Getir Su,” and “Getir Bitaksi” in the Getir mobile app are not included in the campaign.
  • Purchases made using the “Pay with İstanbul Kart” payment method are not included in the campaign.
  • The campaign is also valid for orders placed on www.getir.com.
  • The delivery fee is not included in the minimum order amount required to use the coupon. The minimum cart amount required to place an order from merchants participating in the campaign may differ from the minimum order amount required to qualify for the campaign.
  • To benefit from the campaign, the latest version of the Getir mobile app must be used.
  • If an order is cancelled, only the amount paid by the user will be refunded, and the user will be considered not to have benefited from the campaign.
  • All participants in the campaign are deemed to have accepted the campaign terms and conditions.
  • Information about the campaign will be provided on www.getir.com or through the Getir mobile app.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to follow the participation conditions on www.getir.com and/or through the Getir mobile app.
  • The discount campaign cannot be combined with Getir coupon discounts and/or other campaigns available in the user’s account.

  • The Interbank Card Center (BKM) and Getir reserve the right to cancel the campaign or change the participation conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The information in a Getir account is personal to the account holder. Getir may prevent the relevant users from benefiting from the campaign, suspend their participation, or take temporary measures due to user actions that raise security concerns.
  • In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the campaign, Getir’s records will prevail.
  • Getir will have sole responsibility for monitoring and assessing, based on participants’ declarations, whether participants have complied with the campaign terms and conditions.
  • BKM is not responsible for any technical or operational problems or disruptions that may occur in the provision of the service and/or the application of discounts.
