How to Use

  • To benefit from the campaign, you must be a registered member of the Pazarama website or mobile app. The discount is not valid when using the “Üye Olmadan Devam Et” (“Continue Without Signing Up”) option.
  • To benefit from the 250 TL discount, make sure your order total is 1,250 TL or more in a single transaction and that you pay with your TROY card. Don't forget to select the 250 TL discount on the cart page.
  • To benefit from both the 250 TL discount and a free annual Pazarama Plus membership worth 465 TL, make sure your order total is 3,000 TL or more in a single transaction and that you pay with a TROY-branded card. Don’t forget to select the 250 TL discount on the cart page.
    • The coupon code for your free annual Pazarama Plus membership will be sent via SMS and email to your contact details registered with Pazarama on December 7th, 2026.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

  • The campaign is valid between 09:00 on October 12th, 2026 and 23:59 on November 22nd, 2026.
  • During the campaign period, a 250 TL discount will be applied to single purchases of 1,250 TL or more made with TROY-branded personal or commercial credit cards, debit cards, or prepaid cards.
  • During the campaign period, customers who make a single purchase of 3,000 TL or more with a TROY-branded personal or commercial credit card, debit card, or prepaid card will receive both a 250 TL discount and a complimentary annual Pazarama Plus membership worth 465 TL. The coupon code for the complimentary annual Pazarama Plus membership will be sent via SMS and email to the contact details registered with Pazarama on December 7th, 2026. Your communication consent must be active on that date.
  • The coupon code for the free annual Pazarama Plus membership must be entered in the “Hediye Kupon Kodu Ekle” (“Add Gift Coupon Code”) field during the Plus membership process by the end of December 20th, 2026. Unused gift coupon codes will no longer be valid after this date.
  • Each person or card may benefit only once from the 250 TL discount and only once from the free annual Pazarama Plus membership worth 465 TL during the campaign period.
  • To qualify for the 250 TL discount, the cart total excluding shipping fees must be 1,250 TL or more in a single transaction.
  • To qualify for the free annual Pazarama Plus membership worth 465 TL, the amount paid after discounts, excluding shipping fees, must be 3,000 TL or more.
  • To benefit from the campaign, you must be a registered member of the Pazarama website or mobile app. The discount is not valid when using the “Üye Olmadan Devam Et” (“Continue Without Signing Up”) option.
  • To benefit from the discount offered under the campaign, the TROY-specific coupon code must be selected from the coupon section on the cart page displaying the selected products on the Pazarama website or mobile app.
  • To benefit from the discount, payment must be made with a TROY-branded card. If a TROY-branded card is not selected on the payment page, the discount will not be applied.
  • The campaign is valid for online purchases made through the Pazarama mobile app, Maximum Mobil, Pazarama mobile website, and desktop website.
  • The campaign is valid for online purchases on Pazarama but does not apply to Süper Çekiliş or Pazarama Tatil purchases.
  • The campaign is not valid for purchases in the following categories: digital services, bullion gold, gold coins, gold jewelry, energy drinks, and baby formula.
  • The discount code cannot be split or converted into cash.
  • The campaign can be combined with other campaigns but the campaign-specific coupon code cannot be combined with other coupons.
  • Cancelled or returned orders are not included in the campaign.
  • If an order is cancelled, only the amount paid by the user will be refunded, and the user will be considered not to have benefited from the campaign. The user may benefit from the campaign again by meeting the campaign conditions.
  • Payments made using Garanti Pay, İşPay ile Öde, Vodafone Pay ile Faturana Yansıt, Zip Alışveriş Kredisi ile Öde, or Pluxee Yemek Kartı ile Öde are not included in the campaign.
  • It will not be possible to send the gift coupon code to customers who placed a successful order exceeding 3,000 TL if they do not have active communication consent. Customers have not granted communication consent must contact Pazarama Customer Services at 0850 724 79 76.
  • Customers who already have a monthly or annual Pazarama Plus membership can also benefit from the free annual Pazarama Plus membership offered under the TROY campaign.
  • To benefit from the free annual Pazarama Plus membership, customers who do not currently have a Pazarama Plus membership must visit https://www.pazarama.com/pazarama-plus, proceed through the “Plus’a üye ol” (“Join Plus”) section, and enter the coupon code they received by selecting the “Hediye Kupon Kodu Ekle” (“Add Gift Coupon Code”) button at the payment step. Once a valid code is entered, their free annual Pazarama Plus membership will begin and remain active for one year. Unless cancelled, the annual Pazarama Plus membership will automatically renew as a paid subscription on the same date each year following the one-year period gift through the campaign.
  • To benefit from the free annual Pazarama Plus membership, customers who already have a monthly or annual Pazarama Plus membership must visit https://www.pazarama.com/hesabim/plus/yonet and enter the coupon code they received by selecting the “Hediye Kupon Kodu Ekle” (“Add Gift Coupon Code”) button under the “Plus’ı Yönet” (“Manage Plus”) menu. Once a valid code is entered, one year of free membership will be added to the remaining period of their existing membership.
  • When the renewal date of the existing membership arrives, the annual Pazarama Plus membership renews as a paid subscription on the same day each year following the initial one-year period, unless cancelled. For example, if a customer enters the annual Pazarama Plus gift coupon code on December 8th, 2026, and the renewal date of their existing membership is December 31st, 2026, the annual gift Pazarama Plus membership begins on December 31st, 2026 and continues until December 31st, 2027.
  • Customers with an active annual membership will receive a partial refund for the unused period of their existing membership. For example, if a customer who became an annual Pazarama Plus member on October 20th, 2026 enters the gift coupon code earned through the TROY campaign on December 8th, 2026, their existing annual membership is terminated on December 20th, 2026. They will receive a refund for the remaining 10-month period, and will benefit from their annual gift membership for the period of December 20th, 2026, to December 20th, 2027.
  • All participants in the campaign are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the campaign.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to follow the participation conditions on www.pazarama.com or through the Pazarama mobile app.
  • The Interbank Card Center (BKM) and Pazarama reserve the right to change or cancel the campaign at any time.
  • BKM and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical or operational problems or disruptions that may occur in the provision of the service and/or the application of discounts.
