TROY offers a 25% discount to children and families on children’s event tickets purchased in the Biletinial Kids category! Campaign Terms and Conditions are as follows:

Campaign Terms and Conditions

• Between March 5th – April 5th, 2026, a 25% discount will be applied to ticket purchases in the Biletinial Kids children’s events category if the coupon code TROY25 is used together with a TROY card.
• To benefit from the discount, after selecting the payment method, you must enter and confirm the TROY25 coupon code in the “Coupon Code” field on the payment page for Kids Children’s Events tickets on the Biletinial website or mobile application.
• The TROY card discount is valid until April 5th, 2026.
• The campaign is valid between March 5th, 2026 at 00:01 and April 5th, 2026 at 23:59 for purchases made with TROY-branded cards via https://biletinial.com/tr-tr/kids and the Biletinial mobile application, for tickets in the Kids Children’s Events category.
• TROY-branded personal and commercial credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards are eligible for the campaign.
• The campaign is valid for Kids Children’s Events purchased via https://biletinial.com/tr-tr/kids and the Biletinial mobile application but does not cover cinema ticket purchases.
• In case of changes or cancellations, the applicable fare rules will apply. In case of a change, the discount will not be applied to the new ticket.
• The discount provided under the campaign applies per participant. You can purchase tickets for a maximum of 9 people in a single transaction.
• The coupon code cannot be split or converted into cash.
• All participants in the campaign are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the campaign.
• The coupon code cannot be combined with any other campaign available on biletinial.com.
• For tickets purchased under the campaign, the cancellation and refund conditions determined by the relevant event organizer will apply.
• The audience is obliged to comply with the event rules for tickets purchased using the coupon code.
• Events may vary depending on the organizers’ participation decisions.
• The discount cannot be used for events affiliated with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism (State Theatres) or Metropolitan Municipality Events that are sold on www.biletinial.com.
• Discounts, rights, and/or codes granted under the campaign are for promotional purposes and for personal use only. They cannot be sold, transferred to third parties, or converted into cash.
• If it is determined that the discounts, rights and/or codes granted within the scope of the campaign have been misused, sold, or transferred for money, their use may be blocked.
• Bulk orders placed for commercial purposes will not be accepted.
• Biletinial and The Interbank Card Center (BKM) reserve the right to change the campaign rules and conditions, definitions, and other information, or to cancel the campaign.
• BKM is not responsible for any technical or operational problems or disruptions that may occur in the provision of the service and/or the application of discounts.
